The fight against COVID-19

India is currently affected by the COVID-19 pandemic which has disrupted the lives of millions of Indians and caused mass devastation.

Since the first case of the COVID-19 was identified in the Indian state of Karnataka on 8 March 2020, the state has seen over 15 lakh cases and 15000 deaths. The mutation of the virus and the virulence of the second wave of COVID-19 has resulted in the spread of the deadly virus from urban cities to rural towns and villages.
